Glenna Cupp, Certified Trainer and Counselor

A lifelong lover of animals, Glenna took a special interest in behavior after getting her own dog in 2009. She is a 2018 graduate of Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainers, often referred to as the "Harvard of dog training." Prior to enrolling in the Academy for Dog Trainers, Glenna completed the Karen Pryor Academy's Foundations course. In 2019, Glenna became a Fear Free Certified Professional.

Since becoming a trainer, Glenna has developed a passion for animal husbandry and helping dogs have positive experiences during visits to their veterinarian. She also has a keen interest in helping rehabilitate dogs with fear and aggression issues. She hopes to one day help her clients get out and adventure more with their dogs by leading pup-centered wilderness hikes. She is also an aspiring trick trainer.

Originally from Tennessee, Glenna now shares her home near the Jersey Shore with her partner Jeff, and her dog Portia, a 9 year old Siberian Husky. They enjoy hiking together, and are beginning to explore the sport of cani-cross.
