WHAT VETERINARIAN DO YOU RECOMMEND?
A great place to start is by searching your area in the Fear Free Directory. Our personal favorite is Atlantic Veterinary Hospital in Spring Lake, New Jersey.
Be sure to find a veterinary clinic that allows and encourages its patients to come in for "happy visits" between regular appointments. Happy visits allow your dog to maintain positive associations with the clinic. Just pop in for a few minutes to give your dog a chance to take treats from any available staff members. Easy peasy!

WHERE CAN I FIND HIGH QUALITY TREATS?
If you're looking for brand recommendations - we are particularly fond of Zuke's. Their mini naturals are the perfect size for training!
For high value goodies - we find using cheese and deli meat do the trick! Our pup is especially fond of tripe.
If you're looking for a spot to grab some quality dog treats and support local business at the same time, we enjoy shopping at The Dandy Canine in Spring Lake and Paws Pet Boutique in Asbury Park - home of K9 Confections.
